IoTUK at Innovate 2017

This month, the IoTUK programme travelled up to Birmingham to showcase the work that we have been doing at Innovate 2017, the UK’s leading innovation event hosted by InnovateUK.

Set over two days at the NEC in Birmingham, Innovate 2017 featured over 160 exhibitor and boasted 240 speakers on panels covering a huge range of topics from digital readiness through to the technologies that will impact public health in the future.

With everything from showcases of plastic ‘brass’ instruments to gym ball operated gaming devices, through to hyperloop modules, the event brought together a huge range of innovations all coming out the UK today. The IoTUK stand was a popular destination for many visitors to the event who were looking to learn about the work that we have been doing across the country.

See our video to catch up with the programme partners and where they are in their projects, including TIHM, the dementia IoT test bed; Diabetes Digital Coach, PETRAS and CityVerve.
